This is an interactive and practical session to support you in strategically developing your PCN to be ready to meet future challenges and changes.
The Fuller Stocktake Report sets out a revised vision for the development of PCNs within Integrated Care Systems and the resultant development of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams. To enable PCN teams to be ready for strategic change, they need to be able to balance the operational pressures of the 2023/24 Network DES alongside strategic development of their PCN.
The session will cover:
- A summary and translation of the strategic direction for PCNs as set out within the Fuller Stocktake
- An assessment of your team’s current development towards Integrated Neighbourhood Teams
- Guidance on approaches for creating a strategic plan for developing your PCN to be fit for the future
