The KMPCTH will apply fair and open processes when selecting or enrolling candidates to ensure there is not discrimination or disadvantage because of age, disability, gender reassignment status, marriage or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
An anonymous Equal Opportunity Monitoring Form will be provided to potential learners and the information collected used for monitoring purposes in compliance with the Equality Act 2010.
The KMPCTH supports the values and pledges of the NHS Constitution and is pledged to being a diverse and an inclusive place where all learners are valued, respected, and acknowledged.
