The current context of work requires an ability to cope with and manage sustained periods of high pressure and intensity. Knowing what helps you to feel at your best and how you can cultivate this as well as recognising the actions you can take to maintain your resilience through difficult periods are key to being at your best. The more effective you are at managing how you feel, the more likely you will be able to support others to do the same.
In the session you will explore theory and practical tools and tips to help yourself and others feel at their best more of the time.
