HR Lunchtime Session – Importance of Talent Management

June 11 @ 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm

Operational and clinical managers/supervisors often hold HR responsibilities without training or experience, due to lack of time for own development. This situation increases the daily pressures and impacts organisational culture and retention of staff.

This online session has been designed for clinical and operational leaders with HR responsibilities to provide relevant tools and skills that will help them create an environment for their teams to feel empowered and able to grow.

Aim of the Lunchtime Sessions (12noon-12.45pm)

  • Focusing on developing skill/knowledge in a specific HR area
  • Focusing on practical solutions with tailored and impactful learning
  • Building leaders’ confidence in their own abilities
  • Helping managers to support team members with empathy and good practice sharing
