World Refugee Day 2023: Refugee & Asylum Seeker Healthcare Professionals

For this year’s World Refugee Day, the Global Health Partnerships Directorate within NHS England are hosting a free online sharing event on the experiences of Refugees and Asylum Seekers gaining registration and employment in the NHS.

The event is for those who work with, have an interest in the field of or would be considered a Refugee and Asylum Seekers Healthcare Professional.

You will hear from experts and researchers in the field on the experiences of Refugee and Asylum Seekers Healthcare Professionals, learn about post, current, and future work to support Refugee and Asylum Seekers Healthcare Professionals transition into the NHS, and have opportunities to ask questions and raise important ideas to inform future work.

The online event is on Tuesday, 20th June 2023, 13:00-14:20.
