DESCRIPTION:We are excited to invite all social prescribing link workers to our monthly online peer support network. These sessions are designed to provide a platform for networking\, sharing experiences\, and gaining peer support. \nSessions are taking place on MS Teams 10-11am on the last Wednesday of each month. \n  \nWhat to Expect: \n\nNetworking Opportunities: Connect with fellow Social Prescribing Link Workers from\nacross Kent and Medway.\nPeer Support: Share challenges and successes\, and learn from each other’s\nexperiences.\nCollaborative Learning: Discuss best practices and innovative approaches in social\nprescribing.
