The Training Hub is pleased to provide some information and links to Cultural Intelligence resources available to staff working in Primary Care settings across Kent and Medway as we begin to create a more culturally intelligent workforce. Cultural Intelligence (CQ)™️ is the capability to function and relate effectively in culturally diverse situations/ contexts.

The Knowledge and Library Service across Kent and Medway have subscriptions to a range of national, regional and locally purchased healthcare and clinical content. Primary Care colleagues can access a collection of 23 e-books on diversity, selected through the recommendations of Knowledge and Library Service colleagues. The collections include titles on race, gender, sexuality and disability and can be found at: Diversity eBook Collection | Knowledge and Library Services (hee.nhs.uk).
