Healthwatch Medway and Healthwatch Kent are working in partnership with Medway Public Health, Medway and Swale Health and Care Partnership and Involving Medway and Swale on a children and young people’s self-harm project.

Currently, Medway has one of the highest rates of adolescent self-harm nationally. This is something that we are keen to address, but we need help from you to make a difference.

We are currently looking for professionals who work with children and young people between the ages of 10-25 across Medway and Swale to take part in our research.

This survey will ask questions around the support that is available for children and young people, and what you would like to see improved in the future.

We would really appreciate you taking the time to complete our form and sharing it out with any organisations or colleagues you may know that work with young people.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete, depending on how much feedback you have to give!
