This half-day workshop delivered by Kent Surrey and Sussex Primary Care Simulation Faculty, is free to RCGP members and £15 for non-members (including refreshments) explores the role of human factors in primary care and how they influence our daily practice. Through case studies, we’ll reflect on the impact of human factors on patient care, workplace culture, and professional performance. We’ll discuss the challenges and opportunities that human factors present within primary care settings, and explore practical strategies for creating a safe, supportive working environment.
