The Kent & Medway Digital Transformation Programme was created to empower the primary care workforce and supply them with the tools and knowledge to improve the way they work, digitally.

Delegates worked with each other, universities, and digital experts to plan work-based, innovative projects and at the same time, enhance their own leadership, digital and improvement skills, making a positive change to primary care. Projects included: Working towards an ‘E-Hub’ and improving monitoring of care homes.

In a survey at the end of the programme, 100% of delegates grew in confidence and felt they were fully competent to lead and deliver innovation projects in the future.
