In changing, challenging and uncertain times the pressures to perform can be high but morale can be low. Performance and engagement levels can suffer, and tensions can rise. This 3-part leadership development session will provide a safe space for you to explore:

• Challenges & pitfalls: distrust, burnout, bullying, staff changes, compassion vacuum
• Essential toolkit: awareness, openness, communication and compassion
• Day to day practicalities of leadership, engagement, coaching, support

 Registration now open

  1. Compassion as a Tool for Growth in Times of Change, Challenge and Turbulence – Tuesday 2 December, 1-2:30pm

In times of change challenge and uncertainty, relying on goals, targets and KPIs alone is unlikely to get the job done. In these times stress is often high and morale falls. Compassion coupled with mindfulness can make a qualitative difference in the lives of colleagues, teams and the entire organisation. This session includes exercises for:

• De-stressing, breathing, centredness and wellbeing
• Silence, slowing down, presence and awareness
• Letting go, well wishes, oneness and togetherness
• Compassionate living and working

Registration details will follow for the Rasheed’s final session, taking place in February 2026. You do not need to have attended session one to join upcoming sessions.
