Are you passionate about Diabetes?
The KMPCTH are looking for enthusiastic candidates to become Multi-Professional Diabetes Champions who will advocate for change and champion quality care in Diabetes within PCNs in West Kent.
Supported by the Training Hub, you will work 6 hours per month in this Diabetes Champion role. You do not have to be a specialist in Diabetes to apply; but an interest and desire to improve both your knowledge and others’ is required.
You can apply for the role if you are currently working in the following PCNs: Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, The Ridge, Sevenoaks or Athena.
