On Wednesday, 29th November, we held our second Practice / PCN Manager conference, with over 120 Practice, PCN and Deputy Managers attending from across Kent and Medway!
From an insightful talk on compassionate leadership by Prof Michael West, presentations on successful innovation locally by Primary Care managers themselves, to finance and technology updates and s. fantastic closing speech by Lee Warren on turning obstacles into opportunities It was a fantastic day of networking, learning and celebrating our workforce!
