Nurses working in Primary Care now have the opportunity to undertake the Professional Nurse Advocate (PNA) course at CCCU.

The PNA course is a level 7, 20 credit module and aims to equip nurses and midwives with the skills and knowledge to facilitate restorative supervision to colleagues and teams within the profession and beyond. It will develop leadership skills supporting you to be at the forefront of service improvement, delivering quality improvement initiatives in response to service demands and changing service user needs ensuring the provision of safe and effective care.

The PNA role is a nationally recognised role and by doing the course we will aim to link you up with other PNAs across K&M where possible.
