- The wider health and care system launched a New Starter Experience Survey in 2023, which gave us 2,500 responses and critical insights into how our new starters feel and used these views to produce a ‘Managers Guide to Onboarding Toolkit and Video’ that recruiters, hirers and managers across Kent and Medway can use. The Training Hub is promoting these valuable resources alongside our own ‘HR in Primary Care offer’ to help ensure new starters get the best experience possible when joining our organisations.
