Advanced Clinical Practice : Leading Excellence in Advanced Practice (LEAP)

ACP – Leading Excellence in Advanced Practice (LEAP) programme has been designed to foster resilient, resourceful leaders who are equipped to employ a variety of skills, techniques and strategies to maximise their own effectiveness and that of those around them.

The programme is for Advanced Clinical Practitioners and Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioners and focuses on supporting Advanced Clinical Practitioners in the development of 16 key requirements listed under Capability 11 of the ACP framework which includes the ability to constructively challenge, resilience, building confidence in others, developing effective relationships, lead change, focus on the wider system and future focused thinking.

Inspire Programme

This programme has been specifically designed and developed to support the Community Education Facilitation (CEF) and Multi-Professional Lead (MPL) roles in PCNs. The CEF and MPL roles have been developed to embed lifelong place-based learning within the Primary Care Networks (PCNs) across the three Kent and Medway training hubs.
