Our leadership, management and organisational development support includes professional, practice and Primary Care Network team development, coaching, mentoring as well as programmes aimed at clinical directors of Primary Care Networks, practice managers and professional leads tasked with leading rapidly expanding teams in environments of unprecedented change.
The Kent & Medway Primary Care Training Hub is working with a range of experienced specialists and behavioural experts and has developed a portfolio of support that can be delivered virtually and in person for people at all stages of their professional careers; we welcome our continued discussions with you to understand how best we can continue to meet your changing needs.

Manager to Leader (M2L)
This programme is designed for individuals who have recently stepped into a leadership role, or for people who would like to develop their existing leadership skills. Previous delegates have included practice managers, team leaders and multi-professional leads, pharmacists and educational leads.

Advanced Clinical Practice : Leading Excellence in Advanced Practice (LEAP)
ACP – Leading Excellence in Advanced Practice (LEAP) programme has been designed to foster resilient, resourceful leaders who are equipped to employ a variety of skills, techniques and strategies to maximise their own effectiveness and that of those around them.
The programme is for Advanced Clinical Practitioners and Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioners and focuses on supporting Advanced Clinical Practitioners in the development of 16 key requirements listed under Capability 11 of the ACP framework which includes the ability to constructively challenge, resilience, building confidence in others, developing effective relationships, lead change, focus on the wider system and future focused thinking.
