A good induction process can be key to ensuring staff feel welcomed into an organisation and supported in their role. To support Primary Care in this, the Kent & Medway Primary Care Training Hub, LMC and Invicta learning have developed an Induction training programme that you can use in your own organisation for all new members of staff to complement your existing Induction.
The programme consists of 4 sections:

- Overview of Kent and Medway Training Hub and support available
- Overview of Kent LMC
- Overview of Invicta Health Learning programmes
