Following the discontinuation of Apprenticeship funding for the Advanced Practice MSc, we are delighted to announce that the Kent and Medway Primary Care Training Hub is now open for Expressions of Interest from employers for
National mitigation funding for the Level 7 Advanced Clinical Practice Apprenticeship programme, which has a typical course length of 36 months is paid to the employer via the Training Hub, as apprenticeship mitigation funding. NHS England will provide a supervision fee of £2,600 per annum (subject to annual inflation), per individual also paid directly to the employer via the training hub. This must be available at service level to directly support trainee supervision.
The closing date for employers is Monday 16th February 2026 at 8am
Please keep in mind that requests will only be considered if there is a clearly identified workforce need, rather than individual CPD requests. Additionally, as the employer you must demonstrate how the employees will be supported to meet all four pillars of advanced practice: Education, Research, Leadership, and Clinical.
