May 28 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

We are excited to invite all social prescribing link workers to our monthly online peer support network. These sessions are designed to provide a platform for networking, sharing experiences, and gaining peer support.

Sessions are taking place on MS Teams 10-11am on the last Wednesday of each month.

    across Kent and Medway.
  • Peer Support: Share challenges and successes, and learn from each other’s
    experiences.
  • Collaborative Learning: Discuss best practices and innovative approaches in social
prescribing. If there is interest, there will also be occasional webinars on relevant
    topics.
