Thank you for supporting several advanced practice trainees over the last 8 years.
I have attached the Advanced Practice Impact Evaluation Toolkit that was recently developed, which can help you evaluate the impact of APs within your services. I have also attached a SW Trust study for your info.
If you have current learners on the MSc programme, you may like them to consider reviewing the impact as part of their AP MSc Programme under the Research pillar. Likewise, as part of the research pillar you might like your APs to consider this as evidence for their role / the service.
Going forward it would be nice to see some outcomes (even a short case study) that could be shared with the SE Faulty of advancing practice to demonstrate the impact their investment is making to the population of Kent and Medway.
Please consider undertaking this as we may ask for evidence to support future funding requests.
