General Practice Nurses across Kent and Medway are invited to join this year’s GPN Conference on Wednesday 25 November 2026, taking place from 9.00am to 4.30pm at the Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel.

The conference will provide an opportunity to recognise the vital contribution the General Practice Nursing workforce make, explore national and local developments, and consider the future role of GPNs in neighbourhood health, lifelong learning and system-wide improvement.

The programme includes a national update from Louise Brady, Primary Care Nursing Lead at NHS England, an update from Jennie Hall KM ICB Chief Nurse,  alongside sessions on professional development, student nurse transition into general practice, women’s health, vaccination leadership, respiratory care and diabetes. There will also be opportunities throughout the day to network, visit stands and make new connections with colleagues from across the system.

This event is a chance to celebrate the impact of General Practice Nurses, share learning and ideas, and support the continued development of a skilled, confident and connected nursing workforce across Kent and Medway. We look forward to seeing you all there for what will be an exciting day.

Book your place at the GPN conference.
