Heart in the Community CIC runs groups and activities in Birchington/Minster/Westgate for anyone who is lonely and isolated and or living with a health condition; all our groups run weekly and are free to attend.
Pls also find attached our Home help / Companionship services which cover all over Thanet. This is a chargeable service.
Heart in the Community CIC is part of the positive wellbeing team with Kent County Council. All the work promotes positive wellbeing.
