Dear Colleague,
I hope this message finds you well.
My name is Shailesh Sinha, I am a GP Partner at the Swanscombe and Bean Partnership and I’m currently undertaking an MSc research project focused on improving Diabetes care and its bidirectional relationship with Gum diseases. As part of this, I’m inviting GPs across Kent and Medway to share their insights via a short, anonymous survey.
Your perspective is incredibly valuable. With your input, we can better understand current challenges and identify practical solutions that support both clinicians and patients.
🕒 The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete
🔒 Responses are anonymous and securely stored
🎯 We need at least 300 responses to ensure the findings are robust and representative

Whether you’re a partner, salaried GP, locum, or other clinician, your experience matters. By participating, you’ll be contributing to evidence that could inform future service design, policy, and training.
If you have any questions or would like a summary of the findings once the project is complete, I’d be happy to share.
Thank you so much for considering this request — your time and expertise are deeply appreciated.
Warm regards,
Shailesh Sinha
