Everyday Active is Active Kent & Medway’s flagship campaign, helping more people to be more active in their everyday life. Whether it’s walking, dancing, gardening, housework, online exercise classes, or team sports like walking football or walking netball, any regular movement that requires your body to use energy can help to reduce your risk of serious health problems, and improves not just your physical health, but your mental health too.

Under ‘Your Communities’ page, there is a specific section dedicated to each district within Kent, listing some of the many activities going on within each area.
