Dear colleagues,
We are committed to ensuring all staff, both clinical and non-clinical feel confident and supported in their roles. To assist with this, we have developed a brief, anonymous survey to identify whether primary care colleagues understand the scope of their practice, feel safe, and confident working within it, or have uncertainties, or even concerns that they may be working outside of their scope of practice.
The aim is to support you, the practice and our patients by listening and learning from your experiences. The survey is designed solely to help us identify any challenges you might be facing, gaps in support, and opportunities for development. We thank you for the openness of your feedback as this will be vital in guiding us toward practical changes and the development of resources that meet your needs.
The survey is completely anonymous and should take just a few minutes to complete. Please complete the survey by 8 January 2026. Please see link to survey here https://forms.office.com/e/e54mET7pm4 or alternatively use the QR Code below:

If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us directly on kmicb.kmpcth@nhs.net and would ask that you complete this by 8/1/26 Thank you in advance for your valuable insights.
