The Community of Practice is open to all staff in health and social care, including those in general practice and PCNs, who support autistic people or people with learning disabilities — whether this is your main role or part of your wider work.
The CoP offers:
- practical learning you can use in everyday appointments
- real examples from lived experience
- space to think together about what helps and what harms
- simple adjustments that improve access, communication and trust
- connection with colleagues across the system
You do not need to be an LDA specialist.
Your frontline experience in primary care is essential.
