When planning practice and PCN education and training events for your staff, please include your locum workforce whenever possible.
We want to ensure that all colleagues, including locums and temporary staff, are informed of all training and development opportunities as this will support knowledge acquisition and update, contribute to CPD and help with staff involvement and culture.
Please encourage all staff to subscribe to the Training Hub monthly bulletin, Primary Care News to stay up-to-date with training opportunities, events and information relevant to Primary Care, as this includes offers for the locum workforce as well.
