We’re holding a domestic abuse professionals’ event on the 25 November at The Woodstock Club Sittingbourne. https://www.woodstockclub.co.uk/. The event will start at 9.30am this event will finish at 3.00pm.
The Community Safety Partnership will be hosting this event, the theme this year is Responding to Domestic Abuse in Swale: Learning for Impact. We have some amazing speakers for the day including an update from Tim Woodhouse looking at suicide in relation to domestic abuse, Beech House SARC and MSAS and immigration advice with more still to be confirmed. The event is aimed at front line services working in Swale. There will be networking opportunities throughout the day and after the event finishes with information and resources available.
Spaces will be limited; we would like to encourage every service to be represented at the event.
