Invitation to Join
A new Learning Disability & Autism Community of Practice (CoP) is launching across Kent and Medway, and we are inviting colleagues from primary care to take part.
The CoP will bring together practitioners who support autistic people and people with learning disabilities in everyday practice. You do not need to be a specialist in Learning Disabilities or Autism, your frontline experience in general practice is exactly what’s needed.
The CoP will run across three pilot dates, with space to explore real‑world challenges, share practical adjustments, and strengthen confidence in delivering safe, person‑centred care.
Whatever your role, clinical, support or admin, if you provide care support or other for these communities this Community of Practice is for you
