Ash is a Partner in our Commercial Property team and leads our Primary Care sector team. He has more than 25 years’ experience in commercial property and joined Brachers in 2002 after working at leading city firms Gowlings, Decherts and Charles Russel Speechly. He became a partner in 2007.​

Ash is ranked in the Chambers UK 2026 legal directory for Real Estate in the South of England. He was named as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in the Legal 500 2025 directory.​

Guy Vine

Guy is a Healthcare Partner at MHA, with almost 15 years’ experience advising GP practices. He is Chair of the ICAEW Healthcare Community Advisory Panel, supporting a 9,000-strong membership through sector insight, conferences, webinars and technical guidance.

He also serves as a Board Director of AISMA, the leading network for specialist medical accountants, where he helps drive best practice in advising GP practices.

Based in MHA’s Maidstone office, Guy collaborates closely with the firm’s four other AISMA-registered offices, as part of a national team advising around 300 GP practices.
