South–East Collaborative CKD Webinar Series
The Health Innovation Network continues to be focused on cardiovascular renal metabolic with a national focus on chronic kidney disease and a commitment to support systems with their local priorities. Education is an important piece of the puzzle and the health innovation networks for Oxford & Thames Valley, Kent Surrey Sussex and Wessex (The South-East Collaborative) are delighted to bring you this new webinar series. The webinars are open to all healthcare professionals/clinicians and programme managers with an interest or role in the subject matter. It is not a requirement to register for all three events in the series, although please feel free to do so if of interest.
