The upcoming Creating Coaching Champions online workshops, hosted by NHS England, are open to all professional groups and aim to enhance clinical practice through coaching-led approaches and collaborative problem solving. Delivered via Microsoft Teams with unlimited attendance, the sessions encourage teams to participate together, benefitting from facilitated discussions and shared learning.

These interactive workshops are open to all professional groups, including multiprofessional healthcare colleagues, practice educators, supervisors, managers and academic colleagues involved in practice‑based learning. The sessions are designed to support and strengthen learning in clinical practice through coaching‑led approaches, collaborative problem‑solving and shared learning.

The workshops will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams, with no limit on attendee numbers. Teams are welcome to join together, as there will be facilitated problem‑solving discussions supported by the workshop facilitators.

  • 10 July 2026
  • 16 July 2026

Please note that attendees only need to attend one session. However, if for any reason you are unable to attend the full workshop on your chosen date, you are very welcome to join any of the other sessions to ensure you do not miss out on any of the teaching.

lunch break is included within the workshop day.

We recommend that participants complete the relevant e‑learning modules available on the Learning Hub in advance of attending. The link to the e‑learning modules can be found on the attached poster and will support engagement with the workshop content.
