NHS England South East and South West are offering a series of interactive online workshops designed to strengthen learning in clinical practice by developing coaching capability among educators and supervisors.

What is the focus?

The workshops explore three key areas that are central to effective practice‑based learning:

  • Coaching‑led conversations – supporting learners through
  • reflective, enabling dialogue
  • Holistic delegation – building capability while maintaining safe,
  • supported practice
  • Collaborative peer learning – strengthening learning cultures
  • through shared problem‑solving and support

Through interactive discussion and practical exercises, participants will develop the confidence and skills needed to act as Coaching Champions, embedding sustainable coaching approaches within their teams.

Who should attend?

These sessions are aimed at educators, supervisors and those supporting learners in clinical practice who want to strengthen learning environments and improve learner experience through coaching and collaboration.
