Dr Zoe Schaedel and Dr Olivia Hum (menopause specialists and BMS council members) are excited to launch the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex Menopause Network — a new initiative for NHS clinicians passionate about improving menopause care across the region.
With increasing awareness of the impact of menopause on health — and a significant rise in HRT prescribing — there’s a growing need for clinicians to feel confident delivering up-to-date, evidence-based care.
This network aims to connect colleagues across Kent, Surrey, and Sussex who are keen to learn, share knowledge, and collaborate to improve menopause services.
We’ll begin with quarterly online educational meetings, offering the chance to hear from experts, share best practice, and build professional connections.
The first meeting will be held on Wednesday 7th May at 7pm.
