The Training Hub are pleased to announce the return of the Manager to Leader Programme across Kent and Medway, with applications now open for the 2026/27 cohort.
This highly regarded, psychology-based leadership development programme is aimed at experienced clinical, managerial and operational primary care professionals who are stepping into leadership or taking on greater responsibility and influence across teams, practices, PCNs and neighbourhoods.
The programme will support participants to build confidence as leaders, understand their individual strengths, increase their influence and develop practical skills to lead people, teams and change effectively.
Running from December 2026 to May 2027, the programme includes:
- Five applied leadership masterclasses
- A Strengthscope assessment
- Two individual coaching sessions
- An Influential Communication masterclass
- Opportunities to learn from system leaders and build a peer network across Kent and Medway
There are 25 places available, which will be offered through a short application and selection process. Applicants must be able to commit to all programme dates.
Applications close at 5pm on Friday 16 October 2026.
