KMMS (Kent and Medway Medical School) x QVH (Queen Victoria Hospital) “When Sleep Goes Wrong” training event is back on Saturday 14 March 2026, following its hugely successful debut last year.

The inaugural session in the Pears Building brought together healthcare professionals from across the region for a full day of expert-led learning on insomnia, sleep science, and complex sleep disorders. Feedback was exceptional, with one attendee calling it “one of the best learning events I have attended in a long time.”

This year’s course will once again dive into the science of sleep, evidence‑based approaches to diagnosing and treating insomnia, and the latest innovations in sleep‑tracking technology. Participants will also explore complex sleep disorders through interactive case studies and specialist-led discussions.

A returning attendee shared that the event “changed the way I approach conversations with patients about sleep,” praising the balance of theory and real‑world application.

Healthcare professionals, trainees, and allied health practitioners are warmly invited to join us in March 2026.
