We are writing to seek your help in hosting students from years, 1, 2 and 3 for our clinical work placements during the 2026/27academic year.
Please see the brief document attached outlining the placement programme together with more detailed information relevant to each individual year group. Details of the remuneration the school is offering are included. If you feel you can provide this experience please complete, sign, and return the following paperwork.
- Appendix 10, Placement Health and Safety Checklist (a separate form is required for each pharmacy/branch)
- Appendix 17. Placements Service Level Agreement (if not already done so)
- Table of Placement Dates available for Academic year 2026/26
